This website is operated by Raj Sarepalli. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Raj Sarepalli.

All garments are handmade and crafted with care. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent and not considered defects. Custom orders are final and non-refundable.

All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

We offer domestic and international shipping.
Delivery timelines vary between 10–30 business days depending on the product and location.
Shipping costs will be added at checkout and are non-refundable.

As all products are handcrafted, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges may be permitted only for sizing issues on select ready-to-wear pieces and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom/made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

All content on this site including designs, logos, text, images, and videos is the intellectual property of Raj Sarepalli and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
